Shelf-Made Workshop: Getting Your Food Product into a Store

Maureen Ballatori, CEO of 29 Design Studio, and Frank Cavallaro, COO of Ithaca Hummus, review what it takes to get your product ready for a wider audience: working with a distributor, wholesaling, or pitching to get it ready for the grocery store. This workshop will outline branding, shelf life, supply chain, and pitching your product.
This workshop is great for anyone who currently owns or wishes to own a food business.
The cost to attend is $10. Members of The Commissary attend free. This workshop will be recorded for those that cannot make it in person.
Masks are required regardless of vaccination status. Light refreshments will be provided by The Commissary members and Ithaca Hummus!
